Hey Everyone!
Well yesterday was the start of PE for me again. I began doing it in September of last year, but I got sick about two months ago and had no desire to continue doing it while I was sick. After I was well again (about two weeks later) I never bothered to start back up. I just started again last night so I’m pretty excited now :)

My plan for now is

1. 10 minutes hot wrap
2. Manual stretching (30-second stretches that take about 6 minutes)
3. 5 minutes of jelq
4. 5 minutes hot wrap

Schedule:2 days ON / 1 day REST.

For now, I am going to gradually work my way up to a longer jelqing time like I did before, but I plan on keeping everything else the same. I might increase the hot wrap at the end when the jelqing gets longer though. Eventually I will throw in other exercises after I do this routine for a few months. Oh by the way I’m aiming for 8” X 6.5”, I might settle for 6” girth though. We’ll see :)

Did you make any gains before you got ill, and are they still there?

Whats your stats at the moment Saturn? Id love to reach your goal too but any gains are great. Good luck.

At the moment I’m 7.125” X 5.5” and regarding the question about the gains beforehand, I started out being just under 7 inches in length and had 5.5” girth. Right before I got sick I was about 7.25” X 5.6” or 5.7”ish. I don’t really remember, but it does feel like I’ve lot some of the length and girth since I’ve stopped. It’s just a tad though and I’m not worrying about it.
