Hi guys - thought I’d post my measurements taken at the beginning of this month - when I started dedicated and consistent PE (just fannying about previously).

I’m currently getting in two session a day of approximately 20-25 mins each session.

I warm up my unit with a 3-5mins of lightly oiled jelqs, followed by 5 mins of stretching (stretching upwards, as my LOT is 6.5-7) followed by two 5 minute sessions of Clamping.

What a great hobby!

Hopefully my measurements and 1st goal should appear below in my signature. Fingers crossed.


01/OCT/2007: BPEPL: 7.00, Base Girth 5, Mid G: 4.5, Under glans G: 4.25.

01/NOV/2007: BPEPL: 7.25, Base Girth: 5.25, Mid G: 4.75, Under glans G: 4.50.

Ultimate goal: 8" x 6"

You should put the clamp away for the time being, althought it does help with gaining, it does toughen up the tunica some. Gain as much as you can off manual exercises before going into clamps and other devices.

Aom91 - are you saying that Clamping will toughen the tunica thus making gains in length through stretching more difficult/slower?
