Newbie starting, could need some guidance

Okay, I’m a 18 year old male just starting PEing, I’ve read all the information I feel like I need, the newbie routine, posts etc. And feel that I’m ready to start.

I got a question about measuring, cause it feels like every time I measure there’s a different result, like sometimes it’s one inch longer, sometimes one inch shorter depending on how hard I am.. It just seems like it will be hard to keep a journal of results when you can’t get your exact measurements.

My measurements are about:
BPEL: 16cm / 6.3 inch
EG: 14cm / 5.5 inch
Not sure about flaccid yet, anyone got any tips or tricks how I can get more accurate measurement?

I also got extreme tight foreskin, anyone got any cures for this?
I don’t want to go to the doctor and have it cut of, as I don’t mind having it, feels like it’s keeping my head nice and clean, except when it comes to sex/PE’s, it just seems to make the exercises a lot harder than they really is, I wish I could just make it more loose, so I could pull it over the head with no complications.

Anyone suffer same problem?

Make sure you measure your dick only when you think yu are 100% hard & erect. Also, measure over a week and then take an average. Should give you a fair idea

The skin is a really adaptable organ. Try to retract the skin over your glans slowly and keep it retracted for extended hours. This should help a bit.

Hi ineed8x7, welcome to thunders.

Start with the newbie routine and stick with it for at least 3 months to condition your penis. I agree with god about retracting the foreskin, it will loosen up this way.

Alright ;) thanks, I’ve started the newbie routine. Or done it for a while when I read about it other places than thunders.

I’ll stick to it for awhile, but been doing jelqs and some light stretches for 2months with zero result:(

For some people it takes a time before gains are made. Just do the newbie routine to condition yourself. If you don’t gain from the newbie routine, you at least have conditioned your penis for advanced exercises.

No I didn’t grow my height in 2 months, but that’s not relevant, I’m not expecting to have gained half an inch in two months, I just thought there would be greater erections etc.

You are saying that you dont see any benefits of PE? No better erections, No morning wood etc?
Are you jelqing well? Do you take proper rest days? Are you sure you are not over doing it? Whats your routine?

About the tight fore.

About the tight fore, along with keeping it retracted you can also do stretching to it, using the same aloe based cream insert an index finger into the opening then pinching it with the thumb, slip the other index finger and gently stretch it by pulling the fingers apart. Don’t pull too hard or you will rip the skin. After a while you will be able to fit another finger in, then another keep pulling them in different directions, until you get it to slide back effortlessly over your glands even when fully erected.

Godofdeviltry, up until now I haven’t really followed any perticular routine, 10minutes with 3seconds jelqs mostly, 2-3days on, 1-2days off, and also tried some 5second stretches, up, down, to the sides, straight forward, but when you got tight foreskin those stretches are almost impossible =\

Its very important to have a particular routine. Routines tell you whats working and whats not. I suggest you keep a log book and record your PE stats & workout routines. This way you will have a fair idea of things happening. Forget the strecthes if you cant do them. Try to keep the foreskin retracted for extended periods. Stick to the newbie routine

The fastest way is pulling back before you go to sleep. This way you don’t consciously are aware of it while you retract it for a very long period.
