Splitting Up Work-outs
Just wondering what everyones thoughts are on breaking up your workout during the day? I Just started 2 weeks ago so I am very new to all of this. My plan was to begin the newbie routine gradually working my way up in stress level. For now I do it all in one session 5-10 min stretching, 200-300 jelqs 50 kegels. But once the work load increases I think I will break it up a little through the day.
