I read elsewhere on site site a guy said he used to be 7 inches hard in his early 20’s (he was not doing PE as far as I know) then when he entered his early 30’s is now 6 and a quarter inches. So he has lost nearly an inch in 10 years. I did not think this was medically possible or a man to lose size over time (not involving any PE stuff) Is it?

Is jelqing effective? Is it the safest method? I read about it many years back but was always skeptical. Does anyone do it frequently and had gains with it? If so then what?

If anyone is overweight at all have you found losing weight adds size to your member? I ask because I read the following somewhere:

Men can make their penises bigger. If you are overweight, losing 35 pounds adds one inch to the penis. Unfortunately, this rate of “growth” slows as you lose weight. Technically, you’re not actually making it grow but, rather, losing the pelvic fat that’s currently covering it. The man didn’t actually lose nearly an inch but the fat pad grew nearly an inch covering up what is seen. Same as losing weight won’t grow the penis but make what you see appear larger. Start with the newbie routine which is heat, stretching and jelqing and you will most likely notice gains within a month or so. I have personally gained around an inch of length since starting with the newbie routine about 9 months ago. Many people on this site have gains using all the different routines and methods described here. There is a reason there are so many members here. It is because PE works if you are careful and committed to growing and improving your sexual health. Good luck.

What do you mean by heat please? I heard people talk about it here with jelqing but I have no idea what it is.

Also: how long after doing these types of routines should any newbie movie onto weights or stretchers?
