I wish I had the consistency in my last ten years that I have started recently. I went through a divorce and a pretty bad marriage, and really not a great relationship before that. Those aren’t good excuses, but they contributed a bit to my lack of dedication.
Now I am dedicating time to improving myself. I have always wanted to focus on me, and now I realize that I can. I’m not very tall (5’6), so being strong has been important to me. I’m getting back into my boxing/mma training, primarily speed and heavy bag work. I am dedicating time to PE, and doing things right.
I am using a hairdryer to warm up; I know it’s not wet, but five minutes of it with some massaging and stretching really does the trick and seems to precursor a good session.
The warmup is something easy to forget. I am learning that to achieve our goals most efficiently, we should plan for as many details as are feasible in proportion to the expected results improvement.
I’d like to ultimately to a 9 inch NBEL in 3-5 years, and 6-6.5 inch girth in that timeframe. I have plenty of time to live, and it would be cool for me to pack that kind of heat.
