How often are registrations open?

No set timing. Whenever I feel like opening it up, I open it up. I’m a lazy ass.

Why isn’t it always open?

Because I am a lazy bastard and the old timers get tired of newbies and bitch up a storm if I let too many in at a time. :)

There’s also server load to consider. Because this site is voluntarily supported by members, there is no set in stone income and the site staff need to evaluate things now and then to determine if they can let in more people. I’m sure ThunderSS will correct me if I’m wrong.

I think it’s a good idea to have limited members tbh, it would get flooded with people asking questions constantly

Its called a donation for a reason. Its good to encourage everyone to donate, but where I come from its considered rude to point out that an individual hasn’t donated, especially in front of everyone else.
