Today I was doing some manual stretches, and I think I may have hurt my penis.
After a long warm up I was able to do some really good stretches straight out.
But , when it was time to stretch downwards I heard a “crunching snap”
I felt very anxious about what happened and tried to obtain an erection to see if I have damaged my penis.

It was definitely harder to obtain an erection, and it never felt quite like 100% erection.
Maybe it was because of my anxiety or maybe I really hurt myself?

Any advise? Someone had a experience like this?
I’m taking a couple of days of At Least.

I would attribute the difficulty in gaining erection to the anxiety, you were understandably panicking about the pop from your penis.

That is a relief , sounds like those people had exactly what I just had.

Any advice on how long of a resting period I need? I see some people actually try to have ligament pops to make gains?

Well, with PE, you should always listen to your body. Don’t go over board. I’d say give it two-three days.

Don’t be surprised either, if you have some pretty substantial flaccid gains from this pop!

I’ll give it a few days, even though I feel very tempted to whip out my extender to make the most of this pop :)

You see, that is the kind of mentality that gets you into trouble. That is when you start to injure yourself being over zealous with your stretching.

There isn’t any relations between lig pops and gains.

I did occasionally get a “pop” but it seemed to go away on it’s own and I didn’t change my routine because of it.. As long as it’s not painful.

After some comforting words, I had no problem obtaining a 100% erection.

It’s weird how your mind can play tricks on you.

I will continue with my routine today.
