Simple ADS question
Hey guys. I was thinking of adding an ADS to my routine. I just finished reading the instructions on the Captains Wench. It seems like a really cool contraption and looks to be very helpful. I am on my way out to get the supplies for it right now. My question is this: when using an ADS device how much tension should there be on the penis?
What I mean is, if you are going to be stretching for long periods at a time would you still need to put maximum pressure on the penis or can you still gain by putting less pressure but for longer periods?
