Question about ads and stretching

I’m currently doing a stretching routine which consists of 1 minute stretches straight,left, right, up, down, and v stretches two times each. This routine takes about 15 minutes to complete. Sometimes a jelq for 5-10 minutes after. I have done the newbie routine for months with little results so I am conditioned. My question is if I want to add and ads into this routine, what would be the best time to use the ads, after the workout? Later on in the day? When?

An ADS (ALL DAY STRETCHER) is good to wear before and after exercising and on days when you don’t exercise.

Thanks guys for your quick responses. So use it after workout or on off days? Any other input? Also for people who have used an ads, what do you think is a reasonable time to leave it on for, for someone just starting to use it?

Time depends on make and comfortability and hideability.

I made my own ads, with things I found around the house and it works good and feels comfortable, I don’t ever plan on wearing out anywhere or to work. I will wear it when I am relaxing around the house, watching tv etc. I just don’t want to over do it, so I think I might start wearing it for 20-30 minutes. Then build the time up after expirience.

Those of you who have used an ads, how long of an ads session did you go when you first started?
