Question about ads and stretching
I’m currently doing a stretching routine which consists of 1 minute stretches straight,left, right, up, down, and v stretches two times each. This routine takes about 15 minutes to complete. Sometimes a jelq for 5-10 minutes after. I have done the newbie routine for months with little results so I am conditioned. My question is if I want to add and ads into this routine, what would be the best time to use the ads, after the workout? Later on in the day? When?
