Silicone penis sleeve after using extender

Hi, I’ve been using the Phallosan plus Extender for a few weeks now for average 9 hours a day followed by a 15min bathmate waterpump session and seen some great stretching results. I bought some long silicon penis sleeves to wear at night to stop any loss of gains. Sometimes I find by morning the underside tip of my penis membrane has ballooned like a donut.

Any suggestions how to keep the head of my penis outside the silicon tube but keeping the underside inside the tube. Was thinking to shape a cut piece of the silicon tube to fit around neatly at the base of my mushroom gland. Or any ideas how to stop it retreating inside the tube without cutting off bloodflow or numbing it?

I personally would hesitate to want that much constriction while sleeping. But, it is probably less risky than a tight ring.
To your point, when I use a sleeve I put it on such that an inch or two initially extends over the head/glans, then I double that back so the folded edge is just below the ridge/corona, and that folded edge can actually be manipulated to have the undersign extend a bit higher to cover the entirety of the frenulum (which is what I think you are referring to). I know I had to figure this out for the same reason you mention: that area balloons/bulges, etc otherwise. There’s a photo of that arrangement on me in the members/progress photo section.

Sounds good. Thanks. I will give that a try and cut an extra piece to double over the glands. Do you make your penis erect to put the sleeve on? Found it a bit tricky in the flaccid state. Do you have a link to your photo?

I failed to answer your other question. Erect is definitely easier, but I also can apply it semi erect, while doing my best to hold it in as stretched a condition as possible.

any ideas on how to stop the penis sleeve sling iff now? i go in semi erect and useca little oil on my penis for it to enter the sleeve..but find it just slides off afterwards

Totalman has this compression plate accessory that can add a bit of pressure, enough for the sleeve to prevent the glans from turtling throughout the night without cutting circulation off.

The current one available leaves a bit to be desired as it’s only one strap. The yet to be released new design seems a lot better, and safer wrt to not cutting off circulation to the glans.
