Silicon hanger unable to attach it - need help

I have recently bought silicone hanger, but I have problem with attaching it to flaccid penis head, how do you guys stretch that silicone and hold the flaccid head at the same time (with only two hands:D )?
This is regular silicone sleeve. is there any video how to attach it? Or someone can explain it better? I know it is rolled like condom but it is hard to roll it over whole head anyway.

Roll sleeve up, press head into the cup while holding skin back, then roll sleeve down. Its easy once you get used to it. Personally I get a chubby and the attach it Feels much more secure and comfortable.
