Someone critique my method please. I started August 20th.

5 minute warm up with a hot shower.
15 minute manual stretches and Jai stretches
1-2 minute BTC stretch
300 jelqs with 3 sec stroke
5 minute stretches
5 minute warm down with hotshower.

I do stretches in the hot shower though, so it takes me about 45 minutes all together.
Am I training too hard?

I would lessen the amount of jelqing you do. 300 is a little much for a newbie. You should start off with only 200.

What I heard is a good indicator of not overtraining is the morning wood.
Needless to say I dont get those in the morning with this routine…And I am only in my early 20´s.
I got them for a few days when I came back from the deconditioning break and did the same routine with limited time on those excercises.

What is your 2 cents on that sort of speak please.

If my flaccid is a little smaller after working out, I usually heat it up and edge a little. That keeps it plump. I rarely experience shrinkage after workout, but when I do, I do this little trick and everything works out fine.

Getting morning wood isn’t the end all be all for Positive Indicators. If you don’t get morning wood, it doesn’t mean you’re not gaining, and if you are getting it, doesn’t mean you ARE gaining. Getting morning wood, is usually a good sign though.

Try doing bed fowfers at night. It will keep your unit warm and help with the morning wood.
