Should it Hurt

Should it Hurt

Question.. When I perform the dry jelq, I feel pain when I get to the middle of the shaft, I’m assuming from too much blood rushing to the head? Any advice? Comments? Thanks

It should not hurt as such, pain in PE is always a bad thing. However you should feel a type of expansion feeling, and your penis should feel light pressure build up inside it. Due to the excess blood inside the veins and CC. Eventually your veins will expand allowing you to jelq at higher intensity’s, and try much never and more exciting exercises.

Try jelqing with a lower degree of erection, or loosen your grip slightly.

If your a newbie, and are trying the newbie routine, running at too high an intensity can lead to vein and/or capillary blow outs. You could also have some nice lymph fluid build up (i.e. the donut effect).

Tone it down abit and take it easy.

We are running a marathon here not a sprint. Sadly :(

If you feel pain then you should probably give it a break. then when you get back to it you should not put so much pressure on your dick, you only get one treat it right. lol
