Should I Masturbate?

I’ve heard that it is not good for PE results to masturbate after PE’ing. I’d like to know people’s opinions on this issue. Thanks.

Some guys do and some guys don’t. Wednesday I did, yesterday I didn’t. The jury is still out on this one.

One thing I do think is beneficial is to end every PE session by massaging to erection and maintain this for at least 5 minutes with 15 minutes or longer preferred. At the end of this massage I will leave it up to you to cum or not, but either way, this is a rewarding way to end your sessions.

Just try to keep it under 3 times per day.

I remember Avocet8 (I think) saying that his doctor/urologist saying you should ejaculate every three days or several times a week to ensure a healthy prostate, as it helps to flush the prostate and prevent growth of bacteria which causes prostatitis.

If you think its affecting your PE then just do it on rest days.

Masturbating is fine, cumming is not, if that makes sense. I don’t care WHAT anyone says, it hurts my gains big time if I cum before or after a workout. If I’m gonna PE at night, I might cum in the morning, or vice versa, but I like a 5 hr gap minimum on either side.

I also masturbate at least a few hours away from my PE workout. Nobody is sure that it helps, but it sure cant hurt. Scheduled masturbation helps me control my libido, which in turn helps me keep myself at an ideal erection level when jelqing, and kegeling.

I usually get massive morning wood to the point of being painful and hang lower and fuller flaccid the next day after masturbation before bedtime. So go for it.
