Should I be sore post workout
Been doing the newbie routine for 2 months almost. I can’t tell if I’ve made any erect gains, because around the time I started the newbie routine, I also quit all porn/masturbation/orgasm. One of the common effects of this is a significant loss of libido and arousal, what the guys on the Reddit #NoFap group call “flatlining”, so I haven’t really had a full erection in a while.
But, it does seem like I’ve made some flaccid stretched gains, and my walking around flaccid length is definitely increased.
Anyway, my question is: should I feel soreness after a workout? I do about 10 minutes manual stretching followed by 10 minutes jelqing. 2 days on, 1 off. I never feel any soreness except on the second day of my routine, when I can feel some soreness at the base of the penis at the start of manual stretching. I feel like I’m stretching and jelqing fairly hard now, but maybe I could still pull harder, or maybe I should add more minutes to my routine.
