Should I be sore post workout

Been doing the newbie routine for 2 months almost. I can’t tell if I’ve made any erect gains, because around the time I started the newbie routine, I also quit all porn/masturbation/orgasm. One of the common effects of this is a significant loss of libido and arousal, what the guys on the Reddit #NoFap group call “flatlining”, so I haven’t really had a full erection in a while.

But, it does seem like I’ve made some flaccid stretched gains, and my walking around flaccid length is definitely increased.

Anyway, my question is: should I feel soreness after a workout? I do about 10 minutes manual stretching followed by 10 minutes jelqing. 2 days on, 1 off. I never feel any soreness except on the second day of my routine, when I can feel some soreness at the base of the penis at the start of manual stretching. I feel like I’m stretching and jelqing fairly hard now, but maybe I could still pull harder, or maybe I should add more minutes to my routine.

If your PI’s are suffering then don’t go any harder, you should be experiencing better EQ from this not worse. And if you are sore um…..! Don’t train till it feels better, work up slowly in intensity there is no race here, excessive speed will not get you to the finish line faster it will just get your unit wrecked.

If there aren’t any erections then that just tells you to rest without doing anymore PE for a little bit. Until then, you should start getting back your erections. It also matters on the variety of different healthy foods you consume. Don’t try to take anything that has too much sugar. Stuff like that will just slow down your bloodflow.
