Seeking advice for a routine I have planned
I’m back at it again! After a small 2-3 month break, I have returned but am doing a different routine. Back when I joined Thundersplace, I had mentioned that I started the newbie routine about a year before I started hanging. I had a hanging routine that was working great but unfortunately it was very time consuming. I would do about 10-12 hours a week.(Gained about .5 an inch or so.) Because it took up so much time and the intensity of my school work got higher, I had to take a break. Now winter is over and I am starting the new semester but I decided to go with a different approach with PE.
My new routine is:
Jelq x15 mins.
Sadsak head exercises: 4 sets
And another exercise I read about but don’t remember the name. You squeeze the base of the penis and just under the glans. Well 4 sets of these.
And then 15 more minutes of Jelqs.
TTH: 30 min jelq.
Weekends I rest.
