I Train conditioning exercises and also gym for about 4-5 times a week. After a session, when I come home, the penis is very filled and big and its easy to maintain an erection.

But this is only when I’ve spend some time in the sauna after the training.

So Maybe that’s good for circulation. Also when I was skiing for one week I used a sauna every night and after a week I had the most full erections and largest flaccid hang.

So the Sauna is maybe one piece to bigger penis? ;)

Well, they are not the smallest as I’ve understood, but no real correlation to be the biggest either.

Everybody always gets bigger flaccid hangs after sauna. It is just what heat does for you. You can achieve the same by just warming up with a rice sock or similar pre-pe warm-up tool. You might even get fuller erections because the tissues are softer. But again…. You get the same with any heat.

But not with just warming up the penis. To get results that stays in this case, the whole body needs to be warmed-up to activate a better circulation.

So a long warm-shower would maybe give the same result.

I disagree.

Saunas don’t JUST warm up the body, they elliminate toxins as well.

You get better blood flow AND better health. Maybe if Finish people

Had been pe-ing in the sauna they would be the biggest!

Saunas are great for you, so keep sweating Gainomaxamoniag.

I’d like to see some scientific proof of that. Apart from sweating counting as “eliminating toxins”, in which case all other sweating methods and heat are just as good.

There is nothing magical about sauna so don’t go buying one just yet. They are very relaxing though. I couldn’t live without one for too long.

At my gym, when no one else is around, I jelq and stretch while in the sauna and/or hot tube. Usually I just wear my extender under some shorts and sit in there for 30 minutes up to several hours. That way I am able to warm up and continue the heat application throughout my exercises. However, due to time and privacy issues I have not been able to do this consistently to say whether this is effective or not.

The sauna has nothing to do with improved erectile conditions and it is more a product of the aerobic activity that has beneficial affects on blood circulation. Try skiing for the whole day and then engaging in sexual activity afterward; you will see a pronounced improvement in erectile condition. The heat of the sauna causes the package to undergo physiological changes to protect the sperm but this only improves flaccid, as long as the heat conditions persist the package will engorge and lower to increase surface area for better cooling efficiency. Cross country skiing and downhill skiing do have positive affects on the size of an erection; as long as the activity has been done for a prolonged period and the sex follows within a few hours after.

Interesting information! I’ve heard about it before.

Anyway its as Base said, very relaxing and increase the blood circulation, almost for me. So enjoying the sauna a few times a week would be great both for you and your penis ;)
