Hello, a little back story in case I end up a senior on this board one day.

I’ve been a reader for a long time and never thought I’d be able to get gains due to privacy issues, time & not wanting to keep equipment.
I recently came back to the forum in need of some EQ help, since I have been smoking & drinking profuse amounts and recently it became a problem.

I began with supplements and jelqing/kegels in the shower, which has helped my EQ a good amount in just two weeks, and now TODAY; to my surprise I look down and noticed that my minor ~15 minutes of jelqing every other day has resulted in a little bit of length gains! I’d say .2 inches tops, but easily noticeable by me.

And now I come to the forum and see all these people with gains using just jelqing & stretching! Perfect! Stealth PE for me!

I don’t want to dedicate years of PE but I recently realized why don’t I go for an inch of length, then I’ll really be able to gauge if the hours pay off. If my new inch feels like a big improvement, maybe I’ll continue but hey its worth a shot. Why not.

So, I want to improve my jelq form simply to make sure I get the most length gains possible, however I normally jelq at around 70-80% erection strength.

1) I’ve noticed that my EQ used to be uncontrollably higher whilst jelqing (having to stop jelqing, being at around 90%) and I realized that I’m losing sensitivity. Eventually will I be able to jelq at 60% do you think, so I can maximize on my length gains, after I get more used to the feeling?

2) Can anyone suggest a stealth lube, perhaps one that easily wipes off or can be cleaned without a visit to the bathroom? Or just drys? (also must be something that can be kept without much questioning

3) Can anyone suggest anything to help me reduce my EQ whilst jelqing?

Lastly, For those of you curious,
I take magnesium & zinc, ginseng, green tea, garlic, & gingko balboa supplements 4/7 days a week. My EQ has gone up a decent amount specifically after jelqing.
And my EL: ~6.5, BP: 7. Girth ~5, don’t really care for girth.

If you want to drive the females crazy, be sure not to overlook girth.

It is generally accepted that when it comes to jelqing, higher erection levels will be better for girth gains, and lower erection levels better for length gains.

Since I have almost always pursued girth over length, I have never had a problem with climbing erection levels during my jelqing routine (like you I simply let it subside and get back to the jelqs). Perhaps you could do your routine after an edging session(ending with ejaculation)?

I’m sure others who have encountered the same problem will have advice for you. Good luck!

One thing that helped me as far as “stealth” goes was to split my routine into two parts.

So I would do stretching in the morning, and then do jelqing later in the day.

I hope this does not mean you are in a hurry, because that is how guys end up hurting themselves. Gotta haul out the old PE cliche: “PE is a marathon, not a sprint.”

As a lube for jelqing I use a product called unscented Albolene - it is sold in the makeup department of drugstores as a facial moisterizer. Doesn’t take much, wipe it off and a little stays behind and keeps your unit nice and moisturized.

Thanks for the help heres a pretty specific round of questions;

1) Does your EQ take a hit after jelqing temporarily? I can’t tell if its because I’m new to jelqing or if I’m hurting myself or doing something incorrectly, but usually the day after I jelq I have weird erections…

2) How long should I wait before attempting getting an erection? After jelqing, porn hardly even gets me hard… Its bizarre and seriously bothering me..

Now it feels like my EQ is lowering again and I can’t figure out why.

I warm up with about 2 mins of hot water in the shower.
Do about 16 stretches 20 seconds each (Down, V, Right, V, Up, V, Left, V)x2,
Then jelq for only ~7 mins…

Maybe I’m applying too much pressure?

Thunders member kingpole suggests a slightly tighter than masturbation grip. Only slightly.

P.S. are you still doing the heavy drinking and smoking? The drinking can lower your testosterone/increase estrogen levels, which might be effecting your EQ. Smoking not good for circulation.
