Safe clamping

I was wondering what is a Gd and safe clamping routine to follow?

Start conservatively.
One or two five minute sets followed by a rest day. Try this for a week.
If it goes well try three five minute sets every other day.
then move up to three six minute sets every other day.
Continue adding one minute to each set per week until you are at ten minutes per set. If that’s not enough then you can add a fourth set but that should be much later.

With the caveat that one should never clamp unless their penis is well conditioned-enough to take the intense internal pressure that clamping can produce. I’m aware that you’ve been around here for a while , but don’t know if you’ve been actively PEing or not. Proceed very carefully only after thorough conditioning.
