I have been doing newbie routine 2 months. I was doing 3on 1off 2on 1off.

Now I’m starting 5 on, 2off. Is that good?

No one knows whats best or good for you better than yourself. You can go 365 on, 0 off and it could be perfectly fine. Just pace your PE according to your penile health.

You can do kegels anytime during the day, either as part of your routine, or seperate. Try to do a couple hundred a day.

I like to do mine while pumping, but in the opposite end of the spectrum, you can do them in your car while stopped at a red light. So if you find yourself sitting around not doing anything in particular, crank out 50 or more.
