Routine for a fairly new PE'r (to much?)

Routine for a fairly new PE'r (to much?)

Here’s my routine:

5 Minute warmup
5 - 30 second stretches
100 dry jelqs
5 Mnute warmdown

I do that then later in the day i do:

9 - 30 second stretches

Is this ok? I have been PEing closer to 2 months i would say


Age - 18 * Hobbie - Weight Lifting / PE

Current Stats: Goal Stats For Now:

BPEL = 6.5" BPEG = 4.75" BPEL = 7" BPEG = 5.5"

I doubt it is too much, do you do 2 on 1 off?


PE Goal: 7.5" NBP x 5.8" MSG

I think you could do more stretches, when I first got into PE I did 45 minutes of stretching and then 10 minutes of jelqing, as a newbie you have to learn to listen to your body to know if what your doing is too much.

I am doing 2 days on 1 day off… yeah i just added the 9 stretches about a few days ago… i just recently got up to the 100 jelqs and extra stretching so i will stick with it for a little longer probably until late april when i leave for boot camp
