Post here you’re results in girth and specify if you’ve done some other exercises for the girth ore if you usually use pumps ore something else

Anyone has gained 2 inches?

2 1/4 base girth, 1 1/4 MSEG. Mostly manuals, with some clamping. Gained much much more from the jelqing.

2 inches in girth is huge gains! I increased by about 2/3” at one point. Even that would be considered substantial gains by some. Especially given that I never did more than dabble in clamping.

I am probably down to 1/2” larger in girth that pre-PE.

I have a thread with my story in it, it’s called ‘Back on the Gain Train’ in the Members Pics section, if you have the time to read it. Base girth always came comparitavely easily, not saying it was easy OR quick.
