Rest period and masturbation

Should I rest between PE and masturbation and how long? Does a lot of masturbation an sex set you back in PE?

I have noticed that if I PE (jelq or stretch) within 3-4 hours after masturbation, it hurts a little. Or sometimes much, depending on the intensity of the orgasm. If I masturbate 3 or sometimes 2 times the same day, I can forget PE the same day. It just hurts to much. This strangely does not apply on orgasms achieved through sex… Maybe God wants to tell me something.. :)

But you know, everyone’s body is different. If it doesn’t hurt, and you get to the semi-flaccid state you need to PE, it will probably do it.

Lots of sex/masturbation, wont affect gains.

If you masturbate BEFORE PE, you may find it difficult to reach the desired erection level for jelqing.
