Request Skin stretching exercises
Hi guys, I was looking over the newbie routine and manual again and it said that turkey neck is a definite risk, especially with wet jelqing with foreskin not held back (which I do). It also said a skin stretching exercise should be incorporated to avoid turkey neck.
So what exactly is a good skin stretching exercise to avoid turkey neck? Anybody done one before and had success (or at least not failure!) ?
