Refractory period sucks

Hello All

Another question. While on Cialis 20mg with Dapox 60mg I can go for well over an hour but once I come once my refractory period is basically non existent. Any suggestions as I wanna keep going and so does my girl.

I assume you mean your refractory period is super long. Non-existent refractory period means you would not lose an erection after ejaculation.

Yes KD after I ejaculate I can’t get it back up. Lol. I use the dapox to delay my PE and Cialis to keep me hard. The combo works fine but once I ejaculate I can’t get hard again and I want to keep going. Anything you can recommend to use in combination with cialis to prolong PE or other combo but give me better refractory period

Try stopping the Dapox

Viagra can desensitize the penis a little and help with the PE at higher doses, talk to your doctor.

Agree with kdong — a substantial Viagra dose can really numb your dick (for better or for worse).

Lol. Will do that but in the interim of getting the viagra do you think I can do 20mg Cialis with the dapox and then after I ejaculate first time take another 20mg cialis?

Also, What would be the viagra equivalent mg of cialis 20mg?

Also, I’m going to use for the first time Cialis super active which supposedly activates quicker and claims to give better results. Any one try this? And what is your opinion?

I don’t have any experience with this, but a friend of mine was have similar issues. He stopping the Dapox. Worked for him.

I have no problem with the cialis working but I take the dapox to delay my PE and then my following EQ are not that strong. Hence why I take the Dapox which I can go for 1-2 hrs but when I do ejaculate I’m dead in the water. Thinking of just cutting the Dapox in half to 30mg to see what happens.

Yeah, that would be smart. When it comes to SSRI’s, taking less is better than taking more, and you should definitely avoid taking another supplement or drug to counteract it. It works on neuronal junctions to let serotonine “linger” so the neuron will be activated for longer. Thus postphoning ejaculation. However, erection quality goes down and refractory period becomes even longer.

Take less of the stuff and compensate by having sex for a shorter amount of time, but with better erections, and a shortened refractory period. At least, that’s the theory.

If I may ask, how old are you? Refractory period gets longer as you age, it’s just natural. Maybe that this plays a part too.

Hey Cereal I’m 41 and just started experiencing PE like 1yr ago. Sometimes I think my vasectomy has something to do with this. Lol. Gotta blame someone or something. When I took the cialis without dapox I ejaculated in like 1 min. It was so embarrassing. Next time around I combined the cialis with 60mg dapox and I was in that for like 2hrs.

So I tried cialis auper active 20mg with dapox 60mg and it didnt work as well as generic cialis 20mg. I did eventually manage to get an erection and get one off after like 30mins. Could of kept going but she wanted me to come. I couldn’t get it back up and wasn’t done with her and she wanted more so after some lunch I popped another 20mg cialis but this time the generic and I was back in business to get her off two more times and myself once more. Again, could of kept going but she wanted me to come. I know that taking cialis in this fashion is dicouraged but I just couldn’t go out like that. I also, took an excedrin after the second cialis and that tamed the migraines I would normally get with cialis.

I just started taking ginger, garlic, gingko, and cayenne pepper supplement to help with blood circulation.
