Red splotch under the glans. Help

I just finished my second jelqing session today and noticed I got a red splotch right near the frenulum. The tip of my glans seems to have gotten a bit reddish too. The neck of glans has lost color and has a scary white looking color. Erection quality seem to have reduced too but I don’t know if it’s just my humour.

Yesterday I did my first jelq session and I might have jelqed above 90% erection (out of inexperience). I am following the newbie program.

Are these negative signs? Did I use too much force or was the erection during jelq yesterday the culprit? Are these just normal signs to PE training as I read somewhere first sessions can show these signs but not necessarily negative? Typically how many days does it take for these issues to revert and being able to come back training? Should I switch to a less intensive newbie routine like the linear one?

Sometimes breaks are needed to ensure positive PIs are maintained. Breaks can also be necessary due to more serious injuries.

Most of the more experienced will often work through varying forms of skin challenges, red dots, etc.

If you are new and some what concerned, listen to your gut and back down the intensity or just take a few days off.

Don’t jelq beyond 80% EQ.

Judging by the link you sent me seems most of my indicators are neutral. The only exception is the red splotch slightly hurt if I rub it. I’ll take 1 or 2 days off though and try again. I’m sure the erection during jelq is responsible for these signs.

No matter the intensity, PE is a marathon.

Definitely take it slow and be conservative as you are starting out.

No one can prescribe the right amount of intensity to someone else. We each have to find our own balance.

It could be caused by friction or lack of lube, I know the rubber nooses on the extenders can be particularly harsh when pulled across skin

I considered that. I have had similar bruises before when masturbating without lube. I used olive oil for lube though, plenty of it. But to be safe I’ll take a few days off and restart the program.
