I gained!
It was really hard, but I held off measuring until the one month mark. I officially went from 6” BPEL to 6 5/8 BPEL!
This is no joke. I am elated! I was just shouting “It worked! It worked!” as my wife gave me THE LOOK. She is a very supportive, wonderful lady.
No changes in girth except for flaccid. My erect girth is still at 6 1/4 (same as the end of week 2), but my flaccid girth is up to 5 1/16” with a 4 1/5” flaccid hang. I am loving this. I have been very persistent and committed. For those of you that believe in LOT and the use of BTC hanging, I have a LOT of almost 10! Seems like their may be some truth in it.
Here is my routine as of now:
1. Wake up: 5 in warm up, manual pulls for 8-10 minutes.
2. Throughout the day: Piss Pulls every hour for 5 minutes and ADS for about 4 hours a day (as long as my skin can stand and still hang at night). I am sure to pull where I feel the fatigue from hanging the night before, every time.
3. Get home @ 2 o’clock: 10 minute warm up, hang SD with side to side swing for 20 minutes, 50 jelqs, ADS for and hour or so.
4. Evening @ 8 o’clock: 10 minute warm up, 3 sets x 20 minutes BTC hanging with light jelqing and heat during the 10 minute breaks, into the shower for 100 jelqs and your done!
Well, until I take 5 grams (5,000mg) of L-Arginine on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before bed. I have noticed a significant change in my power at the gym since starting this supplement. The stuff tastes horrible, by the way.
So that’s it. It seems extreme for a newbie, but my dick is tough. I have been randomly pumping and jelqing with no routine for quite awhile now. That’s probably why my dick is as big around as it is long. Ha! Hopefully this length regimen I am on with get me more of the long look that I want. I realize width is great, but length would be more fun for playing. Plus, I don’t know if I can handle much more teeth on this thing. Ouch! Length only (for now) please.
