Hi Everyone,

This is my first post here although I have been reading and learning for some time now.

I recently started PE and was going well for a week or so when I lost my privacy for a couple of weeks due to visiting relatives. So I guess I’m starting again and after all the advice and encouragement I can get.

I have read most of the information I can find here relating to girth as that’s mainly what I am after.

I’m starting at 7” erect length, a touch more bone pressed. My erect girth is only 4.5”- 4.6”. I do however have a large mushroom head! It measures 2” long 5.5” - 5.75” girth. I was wondering if this was any indication of possible girth gains I could make?

A large mushroom head is not an indicator of potential gains. Work hard and hope for the best.

Mr Wiggly, I have a very similar shaped penis. Originally just on the line of 7” length with a large head. I started with around 5” girth, now rocking 5.7-5.9” girth. Slightly over 6” clamped which is what I’m after. I clamp and jelq exclusively. Hope this gives some insight into possible girth gains.


Starting BPEL and EG 7 x 5 as of 3/30/07. I'm sure it's bigger now but I'll measure after this tub of vaseline is empty =)....as of 6/10/07 BPEL 7.25 and EG of 5.6 GOAL: 8 x 6.5...I'm on my way.

Well I’m starting again today with the newbie routine. I’m definitely going to work hard and hope for the best.

Am I right to think that jelqing will be the best exercise for girth. I will be stretching too of course, but I just measured around 7.5” BPEL and don’t really want a super long skinny penis! Does stretching aid girth gains at all or should I focus more on jelqs?

I would follow the Newbie Routine.

The question has been asked before, if through stretching, you will just wind up with a very long, thin penis.

The answer has been that it doesn’t work that way; if you gain length, you will generally gain girth along with it.

In fact… there have been members here who were very happy with their girth, and did not WANT any more; they only wanted length. Unfortunately, no one is able to give these members an exercise or routine that will deliver EITHER one OR the other.

‘Girth’ exercises may give you girth, or girth and length, or only length.

‘Length’ exercises may give you length, or girth and length, or only girth.

So, follow the Newbie Routine, see what happens, and then after you’ve completed the Newbie Routine, you can modify your routine and add or delete based on your new target. Just be advised that what you seek is not necessarily exactly what you will achieve.
