Realistic results without any props or anything extreme

Just curious what some realistic results would be for someone who would not consider things like clamping, pumping, hanging, etc.?

What would be realistic gains with only manual exercises such as the jelq, stretch, kegel, etc.?

Also if someone could recommend some proven strategies without props.

Many of the good gainers used manual exercises only. There is nothing superior to using props and gadgets as opposed to just your hands in PE. A proven strategy would be Newbie Routine. Gains vary from person to person and depend on various factors not least of which are your persistence, discipline and motivation. I for one have made something like a 1.5” gain in 4 months when I first came into contact with PE 4 and a half years ago and I only did manual exercises (at first only dry jelqs, later manual stretches and wet jelqs).

Good answer, gjurob. But, are you sure you had 1.5” gain in four months? Maybe you meant 1,5 centimeters?

I`m pretty sure about the gain, but I must admit that my routine was nothing like the Newbie routine as I started with an hour long session and then added to it gradually. I was actually following the suggested routine I found on a personal webpage that offered free PE information that I found 4 years ago. I do not recommend that routine to anyone as it is overly time consuming and I believe results can be more efficiently (dedicated time and effort/gains) obtained by taking a slower and more gradual approach embodied in the Newbie or perhaps even better, The Linear Newbie routine. The Newbie routines are also a lot less likely to result in injury (as I`ve learned from personal experience - the hard way).

Just take into account that you can still easily injure yourself even with manual techniques (I can testify to that) if you do not perform them correctly or use too much force. Make sure to read the instructions on the exercises you intend to include in your routine and watch the instructional videos. Warm up is particularly important for injury prevention.
