Ready to ramp up my routine

I have been visiting this site off and on for years, sadly I haven’t been exercising that long. It was right around 10 years ago I first visited this site and learned about kegels. I did get a routine of hanging a few times but never got my wrap down until recently, and I was always hanging straight down. Now I figured out a way to hang SO on my glass desk.

The past couple of months I have been jelqing and doing stretches; past few weeks I have been doing 500 jelqs and multiple hours of manual stretches on 30second, min, 2 min holds every night.

Also, the past week I have been wearing this extender device which I bought months ago. I originally thought it was worthless because of the pulling tension but I have since learned it is the constant pull over hours of use that is the benefit. The design is very similar to the penimaster but obviously much cheaper construction. So my first question is this device any good and anyone else have success with the ripoff versions? (Pic uploaded below)

So here is my routine I’m starting tonight, I know it’s risky and I’m fully aware of it. Just like any other exercise routine I am going to keep a daily log and stop/ take day off certain exercise if need be.

Wearing the extender device for 8+hours, working to 12.

15min warmwrap
10 30-second manual stretches in various directions
1 hour of cumulative SO hanging (working on my wrap), going to start with 5lbs tonight
200+ jelqs (will adjust number accordingly)
3 10min sets of clamping with uli’s
15 30second horsehead440s
15min warmwrap

I forgot the name right now but I am also going to incorporate the rice sock with the SO hanging in about a week or 2, going to add a heat source asap tho.

I have a good amount of time on my hands and a lot of privacy so I’m going all out, only thing I need is valuable advice :)

So if there is anything you think I should add, change the order of the exercises, certain exercise I should focus more on etc.. Please chime in

Not sure if pic is going to upload but the device is identical that one except I’m using the strap instead of the noose. Bought it off ebay.

Seems good to me, I just want to give you advice, Take it serious I not gain much Or maybe others gain more then me , But you have to understand, It’s long term issue, if you double your exercise it’s the same, You just have to take your time, I was in your shoe, Now your in my shoe, Your routine is good, But you have to take it slow, Take rest it’s very important, now I think I hit 5.9 in girth, I know it in my rest time, So rest time is important, And you must know and remember it’s the long term not how much you do, When you see that you gain from this routine, Stick to it, I don’t do what you do, maybe only ULI and 200 jelq a day, that’s all, But I gained , So stick to it if you see benefit, try to check with suite you, the advises all over the place, But not all will suite you, I see you join in January 2012 I think you stick to newbie, And you will gain , Many people here are here in PE for years and still in newbie routine, And I think you can’t add photo from another site, Take a tour in Newbie section and take a tour in Rules of the website , Have a good luck, be safe, And I hope you become as big as you wish.

I’ve been doing the routine and had no real issues with the exercises but I have noticed a drop in EQ. I’m not sure if it is from the past couple weeks, the new routine or combination of both. Going to take a break and read over that EQ thread again.
