Ready to ramp up my routine
I have been visiting this site off and on for years, sadly I haven’t been exercising that long. It was right around 10 years ago I first visited this site and learned about kegels. I did get a routine of hanging a few times but never got my wrap down until recently, and I was always hanging straight down. Now I figured out a way to hang SO on my glass desk.
The past couple of months I have been jelqing and doing stretches; past few weeks I have been doing 500 jelqs and multiple hours of manual stretches on 30second, min, 2 min holds every night.
Also, the past week I have been wearing this extender device which I bought months ago. I originally thought it was worthless because of the pulling tension but I have since learned it is the constant pull over hours of use that is the benefit. The design is very similar to the penimaster but obviously much cheaper construction. So my first question is this device any good and anyone else have success with the ripoff versions? So here is my routine I’m starting tonight, I know it’s risky and I’m fully aware of it. Just like any other exercise routine I am going to keep a daily log and stop/ take day off certain exercise if need be.
Wearing the extender device for 8+hours, working to 12.
10 30-second manual stretches in various directions
1 hour of cumulative SO hanging (working on my wrap), going to start with 5lbs tonight
200+ jelqs (will adjust number accordingly)
3 10min sets of clamping with uli’s
15 30second horsehead440s
I forgot the name right now but I am also going to incorporate the rice sock with the SO hanging in about a week or 2, going to add a heat source asap tho.
I have a good amount of time on my hands and a lot of privacy so I’m going all out, only thing I need is valuable advice :)
So if there is anything you think I should add, change the order of the exercises, certain exercise I should focus more on etc.. Please chime in
