Hey All. Quick question, stretching or jelqing first? OR should i ask, which should follow the other.

Warm up, then stretch, then jelq.


Starting (10 / 2006): 5.8~BPEL, 5~BG ----> Current: 7.6 BPEL, 5.6 BG ----> Goal: Pringles Can

I always followed the principle or belief that length is easier to obtain before you get too girthy and that you should always tap all of your possible ligament potential prior to tunica work and finish by later incorporating girth work. There are many belief systems here ie; some believe in the LOT theory and some do not. Find what works for you and what gives you results. In the end physical growth is all that matters!

My .02 is stretch, if for nothing else, to relax tissue.

Warm up, jelq then stretch.

The jelqing will prestress the tunica, the CC, pretty much the whole shebang from the inside out along with a little light stretching from the actual jelqing.

Then you can stretch the hell out of if without impacting your jelqing.

Way back when wadzilla posted tales of the ‘big gainer’— an all hand-made monster who always jelqed first and finished with his stretching.

I warmup, then stretch, then jelg, then stretch as a cool down in the shower.

This plus a warm down of course.

Do it whichever you prefer. One way does not produce more gains than another.

At the moment I stretch first, but I’ve been thinking of mixing it up. Or maybe doing one in the morning and the other in the nighttime ala Momento’s Rapid Gain Mechanism. I have done this occasionally already, but not consistantly. I’m in the habit of doing it all in one go in the nighttime before my shower.

My jelq routine

Have any of you gained girth from low erection level jelqing. Any ideas how to achieve some girth while not jelqing at +60%. I injured myself before while jelqing with far too great an erection level, so I’m hesitant to take that approach AT THIS point
