Questions for Ex-smokers.
I quit smoking cold turkey a week ago (8 days to be exact). I also cut out almost all fat and high carb foods (I’m not obese by any means, just looking to get healthy) and started PE on the same day.
I know, horrible empirical approach, how will I know what caused what when things go right and/or wrong.
I was concerned that I was having slightly poorer EQ since I began my new lifestyle. I masturbated once and had sex with my wife once. I would say the masturbation was like 80% erect and the sex wasn’t much better until I put a cock ring on, then it was decent. I was getting worried that it was the PE and thinking of quiting, but didn’t want to give up so early, so I put on some porn and jerked off again tonight. Much better, probably 90% or better EQ, but I hear alot of people on here say they get amazing morningwood and this is a great PI. I have actually had less morning wood. Aside from very minimal discoloration, it’s the only negative PI I’ve experienced, and the above examples of EQ aren’t vastly off track of the past 5 years or so since I got over prostatitis.
My question: I was thinking maybe it was my nicotine withdraw and lack of really sound sleep that could be leading to my lack of a.m. Timber. Does this sound logical or should I be concerned about my routine/penile health?

Goal 1. Gain enough to change profile name
Goal 2. Get to atleast 7.5" x 5.75" (who knows, it's up to wifey if I want to shoot for higher) so I can feel solidly above average.
