Hello,

I’m planning on starting the newbie routine in January and there are a few things I would like to know before I start.

I’m 18, so my cock will probably still grow a bit, will this be affected by PE (or vice verse)?
(Because I want maximum results) Are there any signs that tell you that you are executing the routine correctly? (Maybe after you are done or a few hours after). I want to know if I’m doing it right and not find out after months.
Simple Manual Stretches; are they supposed to do doing flaccid? Because upward stretch feels ineffective/difficult while flaccid.
When I’m jelqing I’m slowly losing my erection, is this common when you are not used to the technique yet or am I doing something wrong?

These are all my questions for now, I’ll reply in this thread if I have more in the future.

Well for a start, welcome to TP! I’m a newbie as well and have the exact same questions as you.. Yeah, manual stretches are meant to be done completely flaccid. Jelqing, are you squeezing too tight it not tight enough, there are plenty of threads on the Newbie forum and other forums.. Just browse continuously and research as much as you can .

Stretches should always be done flaccid, jelqs only with a low (30% or less) erection until your penis is very well conditioned. Your age should be beneficial. Check for PI’s here to see if you’re overdoing it; Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Yes, I’ve already read a lot here and will keep doing so. It looks like there is not a lot of factual prove, people are basing theories on experiences so you need to judge to credibility, this makes finding viable information a bit harder.

Flaccid stretches feel a bit unnatural, Half erect makes more sense when I’m doing it (Its easier to pull and apply pressure on a bigger and harder object). And when I read about the purpose of stretches I’d say flaccid or half erect are both fine, but would like to hear experts opinion.

Stretches should be done at 0.0% erection level. The risk of injury increases when the cavernous bodies are filled.

Just a solid warm-up (5 minutes!) and you will feel your dick more elastic. And if you have problems with the grip, some baby powder resolves the issue.

I’ll start with 30% erect jelqs ,’ good suggestion. This way it might be easier to keep the erection because the penis faces downward so blood will stay in.
If your erection goes away while jelqing, do you stop and masturbate to get it back then continue?

My schedule will be 2 days on 1 day off.
