10 Questions From A Beginner

Hey I started PE about a month ago, although I just found this site 2 weeks ago, and I am already thrilled. I was very skeptical about PE because many sites online say it is useless, but seeing how the people reporting one inch or more gains in a years time or so have given me new hope. I measure about 5.8 to 6.2 NPBD, and I don’t really care about the BP measurement because I figure when girls speak how they love how 7 to 8 inch penis’s feel, I know they are speaking of NPBD. I do not wish to measure my width although I feel it has increased since starting PE, because I have become upset since finding I don’t have an ideal penis for a girl’s best enjoyment length wise, and being a slim dude I don’t want to have my confidence hurt anymore by finding I could even be below average in girth. The average measurements on the Internet are so across the board I have no idea what to believe, but even if I am average it still saddens me that I can’t “hit the spot every time” as girls say about guys with above 7 inches with my first girlfriend/sex partner that I started dating a couple months ago. We are both really into each other, but I want to be able to give her those mind blowing orgasms that I’ve heard girls speak of who have had larger men. When I eat her out she pushes me away at orgasm and the smile on her face is priceless, but when we fuck and she says she’s coming I just don’t know if she’s really climaxing cause her demeanor doesn’t change too much and she usually doesn’t pull me out of her, is this normal?

Anyway sorry for the background story lol, but basically I want to do anything I can do to achieve at least a 7 inch penis in a years time, I will stay dedicated and do whatever it takes, but I have many questions that I would greatly appreciate it if any readers could give their input based on their experience. I know many of these questions have probably been answered at some point, but when I try to search things, the words in my search have been used in so many different topic that finding an answer is rare, and I really have spent hours on this site trying to educate myself as best as I can so I could do everything correctly. If you only care to answer a couple of my questions please do, I know I wrote a lot than people wish to deal with, and any help would be appreciated.

1) Please post any helpful things for length that can help someone in their first 3 months that many newbies may take a much longer time to realize.

2) I was misguided when I started PE by a jelqing site that said to do 300 reps per session week 1, 400 week 2, and 500 week 3 and for the next 2-5 years, 5 days a week. I recently read here that this is way over doing it, however for the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing 350 to 450. Since I’ve already vigorously jelqed, what is the optimum days and reps per day that I should now start with in the newbie routine?

3) Can I likely gain an inch in a year with only jelqing and stretching?

4) Should I stretch even on off days, and should I only stretch before jelqing on workout days or should I do it multiple times a day?

5) Will hanging and buying an extender help me gain my inch, inch and a half that I’m after significantly quicker, or is it not worth it?

6) Will edging and fowfers help my erect length, or is this just a myth that no one has seen actual results with?

7) I’m 18 and a half, and stopped growing at about 17. I got slight mustache hairs at 16, and I just started getting slight beard hair a month ago that isn’t even noticeable really. Do I most likely still have natural gains to grow, or am I probably done growing, and will doing PE affect my natural growth if I have any left positively or negatively?

8) I’m 6’2” with extra long arms and legs, and a size 12 foot. I smoked marijuana 1-3 times a day starting at 16 for 2 years. I would often go to bed ripped, and I would usually smoke blunts which I know are the worst for oxygen levels. I recently became aware that marijuana lowers testosterone levels, and although I have stopped because it’s overall bad for you, I am upset that maybe the reason my penis isn’t in perfect proportion with the rest of my body was all this drug use during my puberty years. Please give your opinion on this even if the truth hurts I’m just curious to what you guys think.

9) Jelqing form questions: Should I still have a grip on my top hand when I start the second hand at the base? I can’t grab the base without getting part of my scrotum caught in my hand, is it ok to not be right at the base? I read a stretch at the end of the stroke helps with gains, does this mean to tighten the grip at the end at give a jerk before starting the next stroke?

10) When taking my NPBD measurement, there is skin that sort of lifts up at a slant on each side towards the base of my erection. Should I take my measurement where the slant starts, or where it levels off at my fat pad?

Sorry for making such a long question thread I just thought it’d be better to do this than clutter the forum with a bunch of questions. I really want a 7 inched so bad so please any input would make me very grateful, especially to those of you who have been through it and gotten gains.

A lot of questions but I will try to at least answer a few. For number one my best advice is don’t get lazy on your warm up and the consistency of your routine. Optimum number of jelqs is different for everyone, for you it may be as little as 80 or as many as 200 plus. Watch your PI’s and adjust accordingly. Can you gain an inch in one year? Yes it is possible but don’t count on it everyone is different in how fast or slow they gain. In my opinion don’t stretch on off days except for very short two second stretches to keep from turtling. I have found edging a tremendous help to me after my jelquing to help with gains and to monitor how fatigued my unit was from the workout.

Everyone`s PE experience is slightly different. In the year that I`ve been doing PE I have gained an inch in length and about half an inch in girth.

The first year for me was a learning experience, with soreness, mild injury (skin tears) and the discovery that this is about experimentation and reading the vast book of knowledge here from those who have actually grown their dick.

For me what worked was a mechanical stretcher that I built (search “wild tunica stretch” in the search box on the top right of the page) and dedication for 8 months of work, after which I realised that I`d plateaued, which is why I`m on a forced de-con break.

I have never jelqued.

I don`t smoke dope and personally think it`s foolish, destructive and has long-term health risks.

I love clamping, and find the sometimes I lose EQ and sometimes I get such an improvement in EQ that my wife is really late for work and texts me throughout the day telling me what a bad boy I am..

I broke most of the newbie rules by clamping as soon as I figured how to do it and find the clamps, and didn`t jelq and used an intense mechanical stretch that made my dick grow, but I don`t recommend anything but following the newbie routine as closely as possible until you have seen some growth and the dick is becoming accustomed to the new attention it`s getting.

If I was to give you one piece of advice it would be to realise that PE is a long-term process whereby you will get an inch or so of growth over time, dependant on the type of exercises, intensity and genetics you have, and maybe, if you stick to PE for long enough an inch and a half to two inches.

And cut back on the reefer.

Newbies should not clamp.

1. Stretching is obviously the key for newbies that want length. To make stretching as easy as possible, work on mastering the grip, it will cut you a lot of trouble.

2. I don’t have experience with wet jelqs (I do dry), but that sounds like too much for a newbie.

3. Don’t set time limit. Just do PE and take any gains that come. No one can say how likely it is to gain an inch in one year for you, but it’s certainly very possible.

4. Figure out which routine works best for you (2on1off, 3on1off, 3on1off2on1off, etc.), but have rest days during which you don’t do PE at all. Your penis needs to rest, especially when you’re not conditioned. You can stretch in one session or two sessions, whatever fits your schedule better.

5. Extender is pain in the ass to wear and takes multiple hours a day (6-8+) for several months to show results. I personally think it’s not worth it. Hanging should be done after depleting gains from manual exercises. Some respond great to hanging and some gain zero from it (for some reason), so it’s individual.

6. I don’t edge and I did fowfers only few times so I don’t know. Fowfers are supposed to give flaccid gains.

7. No one can tell is there any natural growth left, but I can’t imagine PE affecting it negatively.

8. Can’t help you with this one. But just so you know, height is not related to penis size.

9. Again, I have no experience with wet jelqs.

10. What is NPBD? I suppose you’re talking about NBPEL (non bone pressed erect length)? Anyway, I don’t think it matters because NBPEL is bad for tracking progress and such deviations shouldn’t worry you. Start monitoring BPEL for the sake of keeping track of progress, later you’ll be happy that you did.

Don’t get hurt. Most common n00b mistake in my opinion. If you think maybe you need a break? Take the damn break. Worst case you loos a few days from your workout schedule. Tough guys breaking things all the time by not being smart.

If you are currently gaining and not injuring your self don’t change a damn thing. Otherwise consider taking a deconditioning break and starting anew.

If you have a physical disability or lifestyle that makes hands on PE difficult or if you have invested months in dedicated PE with no results. That’s it. the devices are not a short cut.

I grip a half inch under my red ring, and pull out as far as I can to the point where it doesn’t really hurt but I feel like if I pulled any more the tension would feel more like pain, and then after 10 seconds I apply a second hand over my first to strengthen the grip for the next 20 seconds.

Also what do you mean by using edging to monitor how fatigued the unit is? When I did my higher than supposed to reps I had trouble getting an erection from just viewing porn, but edging is masturbating as well and there was never a point where I couldn’t achieve near orgasm through masturbation with porn.

Most nubes (including me) end up bruising the head of the penis and or breaking blood vessels on the shaft near the tip from stretching. I have done both. Work with a grip that is best for you and read the FAQ’s for guides on different stretches. You should real LOT (Loss of Tugback) to figure out which stretches will work best for you (although not every believes LOT is relevant). my grip is similar to what you are describing. Gripping too close to the head will not provide enough shaft skin around the head to protect it…gripping too close to the base will cause your skin to get too taught before your actually start stretching the ligs. Personally, Ive been doing straight down lig stretches, BTC(between the cheeks, which I think are the same as fowfers, series of bundled BTC, bundled straight out, and then a real hard pull around the clock (pull down, to the side, up and back, switch hands and go the other way).

As for the edging, just try and finish with edging after each session..it helps with cement gains supposedly

When I stated that I edge after a workout to monitor fatigue I meant that I watch for how hard of an erection I can achieve. If my erection quality is too low then I back off how much work I do the next session, if it is very high then I keep my next session the same intensity or even up the intensity if it continues to be good over several sessions. I may not have explained that well so I will make a shorter attempt. When I edge after a workout it gives me rather immediate feedback regarding PI’s.
