How do we know we are jelqing in right way and the effect after jelqing to know that if it is effective?

From what I gather across the forums, it seems that some people take a few days or weeks to get it perfectly right. I’m still too new to be able to offer any meaningful experience but I think its one of those things you just sort of ‘know’ after you’ve read all the guides and watched all the videos, etc. Maybe one on the veterans here could share something about how they knew it was exactly right?

Apparently the grip strength is something like you would use to pull honey off a stick.

The penis should become pumped, like a muscle when you have worked with weights doing 10+ reps.

What about a little soreness within the first weeks of the newbie routine? Is that pretty normal for starters?

Some soreness is fine, pain is never good. Keep an eye out for discoloration (tiny red/white spots).

You may consider less reps, slower reps, lubrication, or more days between exercising.

What type of soreness?

You could be going at it with too much intensity.

Is it normal for foreskin to turn a bit red after the session?

I think you are not using enought lube or the wrong one Extinct. Olive oil is fine, so is coconut oil.

It has gone now it was very minimal right towards the end of my jelqing session on my left side, it subsided close to stopping. I’ve only been doing the newbie routine for a week now and I’m not having any pains at all while stretching or jelqing just that little bit of soreness (which only happened that one time).

If there is no soreness after my jelqing session would it be I’m jelqing it at the wrong way?

You are not looking for soreness, you are looking for a nice plump fat flaccid at the end of the session. Pain during a session means STOP!
