How long did it take you to find your perfect jelqing force/method.

And how many injuries or setbacks did you guys experience before learning how to instinctively learn this?

This is getting annoying, but I gotta trudge on. I already ruined my natural boner from doing this, so I’m going to continue on till I get a rock hard dick.

Yeah right now my EQ is really bad, no night wood no boner. Also it actually regressed, so I’m taking a break. Do kegels count as exercise or can I do them while I’m on my Deconditioning break?

You can still do kegels.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

It sounds like you’ve injured yourself dude. If PE has made your EQ drop dramatically, I’m sorry to say but you probably over did it and have hurt yourself. PE should make your natural boner better, not worse. Take a break. Let it heal so it gets back to normal ‘boner levels’ then resume, gradually, at a less intense force.

Thanks for the help guys. I’ve done jelqing on and off, inconsistently. The first time I’ve done it, I did it incorrectly, and I think I injured my dorsal nerve and my erections have been less sensitive as well as there not being any night wood or morning wood. Then, I started jelqing again this summer, and my EQ has been through the roof, but then once again I injured it again and my EQ gains fell down. So I’ve had quite a few setbacks. My only goal right now is to get my EQ up. It’s been very difficult trying to read my body, and it’s been a very slow process but I am very optimistic.

I was hoping a lot of the vets went through this process before, but I guess not.

I did.

In as much as after 4 months of hands on PE the switch to hanging with a homemade hanging rig happened.
