What exactly does the kegel exercise do?
I need an exact answer or I’ll fall off the bandwagon.

I clamp but I stopped the jelqs and I’ll probably do stretches in the opposite direction of my curvature every now and then. I’ll do plumped bends, and that’s about it.
So now I do clamping, I might keep the kegels and every now and then, I do some stretches and/or jelqs in the opposite direction of my curvature.
And sometimes I throw in some plumped bends.
But one thing I’d like to add to my routine is something to make my penis stronger. I’d like more staying power, I need more ease of getting an erection and keeping it. Maybe that’s kegels.


All I want for Christmas is a little EG,

and to correct curvature, which is going well.

Kegels benefit the overall health of your unit. They also increase the strength of errection (and thus the size) and are also known to increase the sensitivity of your unit (which some consider a bad thing). When doing them regularly you’ll notice the frequency and health of your errections (nocturnal and otherwise) rising (pun intended). Also highly reccomended in some circles for decreasing the incidence of prostatic maladies. Kegels= good, hard, strong wood.

Doesn’t Peter North also do kegels? Ha

So is it actually the kegels itself that produce better erections and/or penis health?

Does jelqing , stretching and so on… help with penis health/erections?

In a word, yes- it’s the kegels. In my personal experience, jelqing, stretching, and “so on” are also extremely beneficial for the health of the penis. However, when you’re really hitting the PE hard, you can actually fatigue your member to the point where strong erections don’t happen. I guess this is because in your workouts you may have already “spent” whatever’s in your “tank”. Kind of like running a 10K race after doing a killer leg workout at the gym. Also, due to the fact that hanging can be very passive and really only exerts a stretching force (unless you kegel or swing the weights) many report weak erections while intensively hanging. As per my own observations I’d have to say that Kegels, Jelqing, and multi-directional manual stretches are at the top of the list for penis health/ strong erections.

I am a newbie to, but I kegels for about 4 month now, man this shit is OK!! Sometimes I have so hard erection that I have problem putting my pants on, in sex my dick looks like I iron, REAL TOUGH GUY!!

I have average stats: 17x15cm but just like all the guys in here, I WANT A BIGGER PENIS!!

The downside of kegel is that you must not stop, keep on and keep on, or you will feel the difference
