Pumping Question

Regarding pumping for gains in length, is it better to go in fully erect, semi-erect, or flaccid? This is solely for length. Thanks.

Anything less than fully erect runs the risk of lymph fluid buildup under the skin. I don’t think you can separate length and girth “work” in the pump unless you have a cylinder that is so snug against your girth that it prevents any expansion.
