Pumping And Using Extender

I’ve searched and maybe did use the correct search criteria but I can’t find anything on extending and pumping . Does anyone do both ? Use an extender and a pump in their PE journey? If so what routines

My standard protocol, that I have been tracking for approaching one year, has been to use a heated pump session (broken into segments with gentle jelqs) followed by immediate placement into a traction device. I initially used a vacuum head attachment, which I think affords a superior stretch, but started to get blisters. I now use a more standard strap attachment device (PeniMaster original model, now with a velcro strapping attachment modification). Once in the traction device, I try to maintain the stretch for at least a few hours, and in some instances am able to apply heat during stretch as well. But, I always try to maintain the stress during any cooldown period.
You may want to peruse my progress reports and/or member section details. I have had pretty good gains, though I seem a bit stalled at present. You will also see that I coupled this protocol with an extended PRP treatment series, plus occasional Trimix injections to force a maximum erection.
