So I been hanging for one month.Started PE 8 months ago with jelqing and stretching .Im mainly focusing on length ,so my starting stats where 7.1 nbp 6eg , now they are 7.3nbp and 6.25 eg .Im happy with any gains but no matter what I do I’m still just getting girth .If anybody got suggestions please help.

How much did you get during the month of hanging? Because you said your starting stats were 7.1 x 6 I assume that was the 8 months, and prior to any PE.

If you did gain that 0.2 during hanging for a month. Give tips because I’m getting fuck all and my technique sucks.

What hanger, what wrap, where do you place the hanger, are you uncut. Give any tips you have. What weight and how long are your sessions.

Bib hanger ,started with 5 pounds straight down and I switch to tunica hanging over the shoulder last week and with 7 pounds and yes I’m uncut .To be honest with you I never measure til 4 months ago and I measure npbel on the side ,bpel now I’m 7.6

Well I mean, if you didn’t measure just prior to hanging you shouldn’t assume hanging has added to your girth. You know?

Why did you switch to hanging over the shoulder anyway, no lig potential. Did bib say to do that? Just wondering. And also your gains may of come before hanging.

I switch not cause bib said that but cause I was reading sayan22 forum about tunica hanging since I got 6 clock LOT theory.

And I use therabend and I hang 20 min twice with a10 min break .Warm up with a hot bottle of water .I hang laying on the sides by laying different positions in the couch and I lay flat on my back between the couch and the otoman and hang the weights down covered in blanket just in case my wife comes downstairs ,she don’t know I pe.
