Program for Newbies
I’m new to Thunder & feel as though I may be missing the obvious, but is there a section somewhere on this site which sets out a suggested program (stretching & the like) for Newbies?
Since I started last week, I’ve been following the program set out on penis-enlargement.org & also using a stretching device, but would be interested in the programs others are following.
On that note, any comments from more experienced users as to how quickly I can expect to notice results would be appreciated.
