Possible Injury

A small bump/ball of something has appeared Under the skin on the upper side of my penis, close to the root. It doesn’t hurt and it’s a bit moveable though it pope back to the same place if I let it go. I have been doing PE for just a few weeks, mostly stretching. So anyone know what this is? Is it from PE:ing?

It may only be an ingrown hair, or a blocked pore, Daze.

Yes, that would be very likely. Now that you do PE, you will notice these things much quicker.

Is it normal to have minor soreness the day after each workout? I feel it more so now that I’m jelqing at 30-40%. Maybe I’m applying to much pressure?

In my view,

a minor soreness after workout - what many people call “fatigue” - means that your workout did something, so it should be considered a positive PE effect and you should try to maintain that workout which causes you the sensation of minor soreness or awareness which reminds you your unit has gone through a good workout. Working out to the extent that the feeling turns into pain is too much work and you’d better to to slow it down, in order to avoid injuries which could cause severe trouble. It is very much like drinking to get tipsy but remaining able not to get drunk. In time, you shall find it harder and harder to be able to workout your unit to reach that sense of fatigue, as it will get bigger and stronger.
