I knew it would happen. I’ve been stuck for almost a month after some really nice gains. Should I fight through with a harder routine or just stay consistent with what worked at first?
Right now I’m doing 15 min of wet jelq’s 3 xs a week along with 20 min manual clamping and some uli’s 4 Xs a week. I took the past four days off and the unit is working fine. Just seemed alot smaller today.
