I knew it would happen. I’ve been stuck for almost a month after some really nice gains. Should I fight through with a harder routine or just stay consistent with what worked at first?

Right now I’m doing 15 min of wet jelq’s 3 xs a week along with 20 min manual clamping and some uli’s 4 Xs a week. I took the past four days off and the unit is working fine. Just seemed alot smaller today.


If what you’ve been doing is no longer working, it might be time to change it up a bit. Have you been actively PEing since your join date in Feb? It may be time to carefully start adding some different exercises.
