permenant?

by diong this PE will it be permenant or will it go away if you stop doing pe

I would like to know that also.

Try using the Search button in the top-right corner of this page and you will find loads of discussion on this topic.

This has been discussed many times and the answer is that PE results are temporary. You lose a lot of size after you die.

Enter your measurements in the PE Database.

As stated above, a search will provide a wealth of information on this subject, but to give you the short answer, the vast majority of gains will remain so long as you and your unit are in good health. One good indicator is regular nightly erections.

Collagen tissues (tunica/ligaments) tend not to diminish in size so long as they are used regularly. Immobilisation causes losses. The same thing goes for stretching to touch your toes. It’s a use it or lose it thing, but using it in the conventional purpose and not necessarily PE. Although the size losses after ceasing PE may be minimal, the strength losses will be significantly reduced. After a few months you might be back down to ‘normal’ strength, so if you quit for a while, make sure you start again on the newbie routine and not where you left off (much like any kind of training).

Here is what I believe on this very perennial subject:

If you work at PE consistently and you do get nice gain (I am not talking about just a little bit here), you will not lose all of it if you quit PE entirely and so long as you have good erectile function, getting plenty of erection exercise. You may lose some of your gain after stopping PE, but I do not believe you are likely to revert to Day 1 again. Many old timers at this have written back to say they lost nothing, however I am not one of those. I lost over .5 inch EL (no girth-gain loss) but it was pretty easy to get back up to 8 L again. It will make no difference at all to me if I never get that .39 back. I am not even trying.

If you are like me, a “quitter-loser,” you will need to adopt some sort of “maintenance” program of PE to keep it all. Please do not ask me what that means in terms of a routine. We are all different physiologically; you will need to experiment and find out how much or how little continuing PE will work for you in holding on to what you have gained.

I understand that permanent gains would be ideal, but who cares? Are you not going to do them if they aren’t? Cock rings don’t give you permanent gains after you take them off, yet millions of people use them.

A certain amount is permanent, and after a maintenance schedule has be achieved, then it tends to become more permanent than before.

If there was something that I could do to my dick to make it any size, but for only 1 hour, I’d do it. The fact that it isn’t permanent doesn’t even cross my mind.

Here is the answer to your question. If you gain size and want to keep it. Simply quit all exercises except kegals. Do them every day, you can simply do them while you are anywhere, just flex maybe 50 times a day. Doing kegals is what will give you longer lasting erections, and better prostate health. Stop doing all PE, and you will have shorter erections, weaker orgasms and eventually lose your increase in size, in that order. That is my belief. I’ve never had any trouble with it. So yes, you will lose your gains if you completely stop PE, but how hard is it to do a few kegals every day just to keep that size? Not very when you can do them anywhere.

This is incorrect. I want to see some proof to support this rubbish. Kegels don’t support your PE maintenance to the extent that it is the only exercise you’ll have to do in order to keep your size increases.

Anyone who cares should disregard the above post.

sorry, just passionate about misinformation

Actually Xl, Tillerman may be onto something here. You may not gain from just doing kegels but once dick’s volume is increased - good and frequent strong erections can prevent it from shrinking in my opinion. This of course is not related to lig gains.

Stats (bp) 2004/08/19 8.0 X 5.5" 2005/08/29 8.2 X 5.8" Goal - I am good for now

I’m not saying that Kegels don’t help, but as a stand-alone maintenance regime it is lacking. I just don’t want someone to read that and then lose a lot of their hard work.

I definitely want to gain size but if I’m going to lose it eventually what is the point.I’m just playing devils advocate here otherwise I wouldn’t be on this forum. I don’t want to do stretched for the rest of my life.you know? Or am I looking at this incorrectly.I’m just misinformed

I also don’t intend to do this for the rest of my life. I have a will and desire to enlarge my unit, and I am prepared to do this for as long as it takes, a year, two years, three - whatever. But after I reach my goals, I thought that a maintenance routine for a copuple of months is all it takes. And now you’re saying that I’d have to keep jelqing and stretching etc for the rest of my sexually active life!?
