People that use the Fowfer.

Is a general time or rule to how long you leave it between your cheeks? And has anyone got real lasting gains from them?

I usually do it as I’m going to bed and I’ll keep it there until I fall a sleep.

For people that do it during the day, do you do it 15 min at a time? 10 Mins? How many sets per day etc.

Just do it till you have something else to do and always make sure its still “comfortable” and not getting numb or completely squashed. I never let it get in the way of life and what I have to do, but if I’m watching tv for 2 hours and its perfectly tucked without it feeling uncomfortable in the least bit it will be there the whole time.
