So you think wearing the device 1-2 hours for 3-5 days a week will be enough to get like 1 inch in 6 months max?
Unfortunately, that’s very unlikely.
Even wearing it for much more, I think only few people gain upward of an inch with a routine based solely around an extender.
Coupling it with a manual routine (see the newbie one - top of the PE basics section) should give you the best results, but even then you’re far from guaranteed to get 1” in 6 months. And I’m not sure there’s much of a benefit over just doing the newbie routine as written.
