Hey guys,

I am interested in some information about penis pumps. Browsing the forums, seems guys are getting pretty good results with them. I do not know where to start with them, I read the 101 guide and figured out what cylinder size I need to start with but don’t know what brands are good, how long to do it for etc.. I have been doing PE for about 6 months now and have not really gotten any results. Thought adding a pump might be a good way to kick off some gains. Thank you everyone for reading this. I love that there is a place where I can ask questions without being judged, where everyone has a common goal and is willing to help.

I agree the above is a great all in one system. However, with a little effort, you can buy the LeLuv cylinder and mate it with a Harbor Freight brake bleeder pump and male connector and save about $15.i

Start off by doing a 10 minute session at 5 hg in the am and pm. Then add a minute a week until you hit 20 minutes. However let your EQ be your guide and back off a bit until your EQ returns.

5hg? That seems high to me.

Thanks for the reply, Do you do any other exercises with your routine, warmup, cooldown, or just pump?

I have the LeLuv pump that Gprent suggested and I love it, much better quality than my beginners and definitely some better results with it too

My morning pumping session often follows a 1.5 hour extending session.
