Penis Hanging

I’ve been hanging for like a couple of months in total I’m currently hanging 6.25kg I’m doing BTC I’m feeling soreness at the right base side of my penis but not the left another thing which has also got me worried is that when I measured like 5/6 weeks ago I found out that I was 6.3/4 inches however I recently did a measure and found that I’m now at 5.7.8 that’s a total loss of 0.6/0.7 I’m quite concerned I have been meeting the 10 hour mark and I feel fatigue as well but I’m not entirely sure what to do please can someone give me some advice thanks

I’ve learnt that due to me not positioning my penis correctly into the hanger was one of the contributing factors to me not feeling any soreness on the left side and another contributing factor was the wrapping method which I was using. But I’ve learnt to fix/correct my erroneous ways. But what still dumbfounds me is that I haven’t seen a increase in length at all I require what would some of you suggest that I do? Also is it still possible to get HTW? Or no ? Because I live in England and I can’t find the specific type

I’m thinking of purchasing the LG hanger what would you guys recommend should I continue to use the bib hanger or move to the LG hanger ?

When I first started penis hanging I saw tremendous gains, within the first couple of months I saw gains of upwards of 0.4 which I assume to be newbie gains but I was still impressed, but due to me lacking devotion and not having enough privacy I let me gains fade away due to my callousness and lack of time unfortunately this situation has occurred more then 3 times due to privacy concerns and resulted in what I believe to be strengthening of the penis, at this current moment of time I am feeling fatigue to a certain extent but I’ve not seen any gains during the past couple of months.

what you said here is different from what you said before:

You see I got my hanger in 2018 and when I started using it I saw some gains but not a lot but due to privacy concerns I had to stop completely which resulted in my member getting shorter and stronger unfortunately this occurred a total of 4 times on the 4Th time I lost my will and stopped all together until December 2019 when I told me self that this is going to be my new years resolution, and I have kept at it even when I did not have enough privacy I tried to do 1 set a a day for maintenance and then work my way back up to 4/5 sets a day to meet the 10 hour mark

The stronger part is not correct.
Its just a wrong conseption that is spread around forums.

And how exactly did your penis tell you that became stronger?

1. When I looked at my penis it became shorter.

2. When I have no erection and my penis is flaccid it looks extremely smaller then what it used to look like.

3. When I do penis hanging sets I didn’t feel any fatigue in my sets at all so I had to move up in weights.

1. A penis can become shorter for many reasons.
Some of the reasons are :
a. Overtraining
b. Many days without PE
c. Overtensed pelvic floor
d. anxiety

2. The same as 1.

3. When you rest your penis its more fress(not so strained) so it can handle more.
So its not a matter of stronger penis but a matter of more rested penis.

Tons of posts from hangers that gained with 1on/1off (3 hanging days/week) and also from 5on/2off.
If what Bib( which you are listening to) was right then these people by doing these frequences would have gained zero and even they would had lost size but they gained big time.

Every Pe activity requires rest days. The rest days are making you go forwards not backwards , as long as you are consistent.

What bib states that you want to continue to have your penis in that fatigued state to elongate it though I mean he stated that he used to gain 0.2 a month by hitting the 10 hour mark or more every week so I’m not entirely sure what to do at this moment of time as there is to much information floating about and which ones true or which one’s false but I know that it everyone is different if one thing doesn’t work for me then it might not work for him :/

Bib is a joke.
Most members already know that in here.

If rest days were counterproductive then they would also be in Manual stretching (Both methods of high intensity).
No one knows the mechanics of penis growth…. so every theory is just a guess.

In fact stretching every day without rest is the thing that makes your tissues stiffer and less stretchy…. so stronger.
The rest days are making them relax and become again softer and more stretchy.
And this is NOT a theory…. but its something that happens to everyone.

No one can give you any advices on routines because every penis reacts differently.
Only your own penis through Pis and gowth indications can tell you the how much and how many and how often.

Pleople are gaining with hanging by doing 2X15 mins sets 5 days.week and others are doing 6X20mins sets every single day and not gaining anyhthing.
Its not about how much you do…. the consept of I ll do more to gain faster doesn t exist and its its proven over and over in here and in all PE forums.
Many failled by following this consept and one of the many is also me.
