PE schedule question on off days
I see a lot of people have schedules that goes about 5 days on 1 or 2 days off or similarly.
To me it makes more sense if you had the same recovery time each workout.
Secondly, I don’t think that your tissue recovers after being damaged. I think it’s merely stretching and expanding. No damage done as this would produce toughening of tissue (scar tissue), which we don’t want or we end up with a limp, dysfunctional dick.
Anybody can enlighten me or have something to add. Or just comments in general are very welcome.
With my believes and logic, it seems very plausible that doing light workouts every 4 hours or 2-3 times a day (of course without having the feeling you been over training) would be very effective.
